On January 23, 2024, the parties filed a joint proposed stipulated decision. [Doc. 17.] Subsequently, that same day, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. [Doc. 18.] These filings appear to be duplicative, except that a different counsel for the Commissioner signed each one.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision [Doc. 17] is deemed stricken from the record in this case.
