Appeal, No. 181, Oct. T., 1958, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Oct. T., 1956, No. 132, in case of Electrolux Corporation v. William B. Newhart. Order affirmed.

Replevin.

Order entered refusing plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings, opinion by MAYS, P.J. Plaintiff appealed.
