Appeal from order confirming a judgment by confession on promissory note claimed to be obtained by fraud and deception. Judgment for plaintiff.

Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. F.B. Allegretti, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the June term, 1928.
