ORDER DISMISSING ACTION WITH PREJUDICE
The parties having so stipulated and good and sufficient cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: (Docket No. 19).
1. That the above-entitled action shall be dismissed with prejudice.
2. That the parties shall bear their own costs and attorney's fees incurred in this action as well as in any previous administrative proceedings or other litigation between the parties.
