ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On July 24, 2013, we entered an order allowing appellants' counsel to withdraw and giving (1) appellant Eliahu Efrati 40 days within which to complete, file, and serve a Civil Proper Person Appeal Statement; and (2) appellant Efrati Development LLC 30 days to obtain counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance in this court. Appellants were cautioned that their failure to comply with that order would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellants have not responded to our July 24 order or otherwise corresponded with this court. Accordingly, we conclude that this appeal has been abandoned, and thus we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
