ORDER
The Court notes that Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has not submitted a Confidential Assessment letter as required by Section B(6) of the Court's Order Setting Trial Date and Settlement Conference (Document 29). Accordingly, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is ordered to fully comply with the Court's Order Setting Trial Date and Settlement Conference before the settlement conference, which remains scheduled for April 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
