ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL

Now before this Court is the parties' Stipulation for Entry of Dismissal of Entire Action in the above-entitled matter ("Action"). Good cause appearing therefor, the parties' stipulated request for a dismissal of the Action is hereby GRANTED. The entire Action shall be dismissed with prejudice as to plaintiff Juanita Edwards and her claims, and without prejudice as to the putative class and putative class claims.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to take any necessary procedural and administrative actions to terminate this Action.
