Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered January 13, 2021, and having moved to adjourn this proceeding,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time is extended to May 24, 2021, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from the Court's day calendar for May 17, 2021, and added to the term commencing June 21, 2021.
