On all the facts disclosed, the order appealed from is unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant, and the motion to consolidate granted (Civ. Prac. Act, § 1426-a). The terms and conditions fixed pursuant to the stipulation and the stay granted by this court shall be continued pending entry of judgment on the trial of the action. Settle order on notice.
