ORDER DISMISSING CASE FOR FAILURE TO PROSECUTE
On January 31, 2003, this Court ordered plaintiff to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. Plaintiff was ordered to file a written response by February 14, and was instructed that failure to do so would result in dismissal. Plaintiff did not file a response. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED.
