No. 124875. In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed and the Oakland Circuit Court's order granting summary disposition to plaintiff is reinstated. MCR 7.302(G)(1) The Court of Appeals clearly erred in finding that the Oakland Circuit Court abused its discretion when it enforced the summary disposition scheduling order. MCR 2.401; People v.
