Before the Court is appellant's motion to withdraw the notice of appeal because it no longer wishes to pursue this appeal. We construe the motion as a motion to dismiss the appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
