MASTERS AND COMMISSIONERS, § 16 — master's finding sustained by evidence. On an appeal from a decree entered upon the master's report and recommendation finding the defendants guilty of violating an injunction against hawking and peddling, and the master heard the testimony of eye witnesses and saw motion picture evidence, the credibility of the witnesses was for the master and the record abundantly sustained his finding.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. HARRY M. FISHER, presiding.
Judgment affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at February term, 1941.
