ORDER
The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By order dated November 16, 2017, we granted Vielica Dobbins's second request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record and ordered the reporter's record to be filed by December 15, 2017. We cautioned Ms. Dobbins that further requests for extension would be disfavored.
To date, Ms. Dobbins has not filed the reporter's record or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record. Accordingly, we ORDER Vielica Dobbins, Official Court Reporter for the 134th Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We expressly CAUTION Ms. Dobbins that failure to comply with this order may result in an order that she not sit as a court reporter until she complies.
