On December 6, 2021, petitioner's counsel, Jason M. Smith, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, and advised that respondent does not object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 21, 2022, petitioner Greg Eckelman shall file a response or objection to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed December 6, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Greg Eckelman at his address of record.
