Donald Douglas Eby appeals from an order of the district court denying a motion to vacate a judgment of conviction filed on July 11, 2022. Ninth Judicial District Court, Douglas County; Thomas W. Gregory, Judge.
Our review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Where no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). No statute or court rule provides for an appeal from a motion to vacate a judgment of conviction. Accordingly, we
