Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (DENNIS, J.).

Petition proceedings wherein trustees were appointed to take possession of the assets remaining after termination of a testamentary trust created by the will of Caroline Easter, deceased, reduce same to cash and divide proceeds among those entitled according to their respective interests.

Andrew J. Easter and Edythe Easter, his wife, filed exceptions to the auditor's final account. From an order dismissing the exceptions to the auditor's account and ratifying same, the exceptants appeal.

Affirmed.

The cause was argued before SLOAN, C.J., DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, MARBURY, GRASON, MELVIN, ADAMS, and BAILEY, JJ.
