An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 4, 2015, and respondent-appellant having moved for an permission to file one reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kimberly F. Duguay, Esq., dated July 28, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondent-appellant submit ten copies of his reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 8, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
