For the reasons stated in the companion case of Holton Dale Vincent and Claire Elizabeth Vincent v. Beauregard Electric Cooperative, Inc., Et Al., 536 So.2d 798 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1988), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Costs of this appeal are assessed equally to Holton Dale Vincent, John Vincent, and Jean Eaglin.

AFFIRMED.
