ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing Monday, January 31, 2022, for cases in which Birmingham, Alabama, is listed as the place of trial.

On September 16, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Declaration of William C. Hankla in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before on October 18, 2021, petitioner shall serve on respondent and file with the Court a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed on September 16, 2021.
