Respondent-appellant, Torri Gamble, having moved, for leave to reargue or renew her prior motion for leave to appeal from the order of the Appellate Term, First Department, entered in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, New York County, on or about June 4, 2018, which was denied by order of this Court entered on January 22, 2019 (M-5598), or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
