          JUDGMENT

          WILLIAM ALSUP, District Judge.

         Pursuant to the jury verdict as modified by the accompanying order on standing, JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of plaintiffs Dux Capital Management Corporation and Jerry Davis and against defendants An-Ehr Chen, Yan Sheng Chan, Cheng-Ling Lee, Yageo Corporation, and Yageo Holding Bermuda Limited. Defendants An-Ehr Chen, Yan Sheng Chan, Cheng-Ling Lee, Yageo Corporation, and Yageo Holding Bermuda Limited are hereby jointly and severally liable in the sum of $2, 692, 306. In addition, An-Ehr Chen is liable for punitive damages of $5, 800. Other defendants are not liable.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
