This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence in a criminal case. We affirm the judgment but vacate that portion of the written sentence which does not conform to the orally pronounced sentence, viz: the $5,000.00 fine. The sentence is otherwise affirmed.

CONVICTION AFFIRMED; PORTION OF SENTENCE VACATED.
