DECISION AND ORDER


This case is before the Court upon the parties' Joint Motion To Award Attorney Fees Under The Equal Access To Justice Act (EAJA). (Doc. #9). The parties agree that Plaintiff is entitled to an award of attorney fees, costs, and expenses under the EAJA, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, in the total amount of $1,675.00. The parties further agree that the payment of EAJA will be made directly to Plaintiff's counsel.

Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that pursuant to the parties' Joint Motion To Award Attorney Fees Under The Equal Access To Justice Act (Doc. #9):

1. The Commissioner shall pay, directly to Plaintiff's counsel, Plaintiff's attorney fees, costs, and expenses pursuant to the EAJA in the total amount of $1,675.00; and
2. Plaintiff's previous Motion For Award Of Attorney Fees Pursuant To The EAJA (Doc. #6) is DENIED as moot.
