ORDER

GREGORY H. WOODS, United States District Judge

Plaintiffs motion for default judgment, Dkt. No. 17, is denied. Plaintiffs motion does not comply with the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases, available on the Court's website. If Plaintiff wants to apply for default judgment, Plaintiff is ordered to file an order to show cause pursuant to the procedure set forth in Attachment A to the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases. The Court expects the order to show cause to be filed by October 4, 2021.

The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at Dkt. No. 17.

SO ORDERED.
