Plaintiff-appellant, pro se, having renewed his motion for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 15, 2015, and for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said motion is denied as moot, the appeal having been dismissed, sua sponte, by order of this Court entered on January 31, 2019 (M-5829).
