It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking a stay of the enforcement and/or collection of the judgment is granted on condition that respondent-appellant: (1) perfects his appeal by no later than the November 2015 term the filing deadline for which is September 10, 2015; and (2) posts an undertaking in Civil Court to secure the entire judgment amount of $5,282.50 on or before August 3, 2015. In the event of the respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the plaintiff-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
