On May 16, 2024, we issued an order abating this appeal directing the trial court to consider counsel's designation of Franklin Bynum as lead counsel. On June 3, 2024, this court received a signed order appointing Franklin Bynum as counsel. We reinstate appellate number 14-24-00121-CR, appellate cause number 14-24-00120-CR was not subject to the abatement order. Accordingly, we set appellant's brief due August 8, 2024 for both 14-24-00120-CR and 14-24-00121-CR.
