Dunlap v. Strickland

United States District Court, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Division
Sep 21, 2009
Case No. 2:09-cv-0100 (S.D. Ohio Sep. 21, 2009)

Opinion

Case No. 2:09-cv-0100.

September 21, 2009

ORDER

On August 31, 2009, judgment was entered dismissing this case. On the same day, several hours later, plaintiff filed a motion for transfer to Ohio's death row. That motion, construed as a motion for reconsideration, was denied by order dated September 4, 2009. Plaintiff has now filed a motion for rehearing, again asserting that he should be imprisoned in Ohio. Because it sets forth no grounds or request for relief not already addressed in the Court's order dismissing the case, the motion for rehearing (#17) is DENIED.
