Dunlap v. Strickland

United States District Court, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Division
Sep 4, 2009
Case No. 2:09-cv-0100 (S.D. Ohio Sep. 4, 2009)

Opinion

Case No. 2:09-cv-0100.

September 4, 2009

ORDER

On August 31, 2009, judgment was entered dismissing this case. On the same day, several hours later, plaintiff filed a motion for transfer to Ohio's death row. That motion was mailed from plaintiff's Idaho correctional institution prior to the entry of judgment, but the Court will construe it as a motion for reconsideration. Because it sets forth no grounds or request for relief not already addressed in the Court's order dismissing the case, the motion for transfer (#14) is DENIED.
