On March 28, 2023, this Court issued an order abating the appeal and remanding to the trial court to determine why no appellant's brief had been filed. On March 29, 2023, appellant filed a motion to dismiss her appeal, claiming that she no longer wished to prosecute her appeal.
We withdraw our order of March 28, 2023 and reinstate the appeal on the active docket.
It is so ORDERED.
