The final judgment is affirmed in all respects except paragraph 14 thereof which is modified as follows:

The Husband shall pay to the Wife as permanent alimony the sum of (a) $75.00 per week, commencing July 9, 1982, said payments to continue until the marital residence is sold, and (b) $60.00 per week thereafter.
