On January 21, 2022, a petition was filed to commence this case. On February 22, 2022, petitioner Jack G. Duffy, Jr. filed a redacted petition which removed references to his taxpayer identification number in the notice of determination concerning collection action attached to the petition pursuant to Rule 27(h), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the unredacted petition filed January 21, 2022, is sealed from public view and shall be retained in a seal file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
