Fernando Duchimaza & Mercy Duchimaza Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

By Order served October 18, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. To date, petitioners have not complied with that Order.

On November 19, 2021, the Court filed a letter by petitioners dated November 11, 2021. Therein, petitioners state that the petition in this case was filed in error.

Accordingly, it appearing that petitioners do not intend to pay the Court's filing fee, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
