This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 4, 2021, Detroit, Michigan remote trial session. On September 7, 2021, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance asking that the Court continue this case while the Commissioner considers Mr. Duband's offer in compromise. Mr. Duband does not object. For the reasons stated in the Commissioner's motion, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance filed September 7, 2021, is granted. Jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner shall file a status report by October 15, 2021.
