This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 31, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session. On July 15, 2022, petitioners filed a motion to proceed remotely. On July 28, 2022, respondent filed a response to the motion stating that he does not object to proceeding remotely. Upon due consideration of petitioner's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion to proceed remotely, filed July 15, 2022, is granted in that this case is set for a remote trial at a time and date certain of 10:00 am (Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 3, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
