On September 12, 2022, petitioner filed the petition in this case. On October 21, 2022, petitioner filed the First Amended Petition. On December 12, 2022, respondent filed an Answer to Amended Petition. Further review of the record indicates that the record does not contain a complete legible copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 1, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
