ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed December 9, 2022, and respondent's motion to consolidate, filed December 12, 2022, which were heard on January 9, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the New York, New York, trial session of the Court that started on that date. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally. It is further ORDERED that respondent's motion to consolidate is denied, without prejudice.
