ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Reduce Agreement to Judgment and Motion to Enforce Judgment. Upon review of these Motions, this Court has determined that a status conference is warranted. A telephonic status conference will be held on August 10, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. The Court will initiate the phone conference, Trial Counsel for the respective parties are to be available by telephone.
This Order supersedes any prior orders setting a status conference. The conference is not expected to exceed thirty minutes in length.
