JASON DOUGLAS AND CHERYL DOUGLASS, Appellants v. CHAU DANG AND LAURA NGUYEN, Appellees

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 3 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-23-01746-C

ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE

This is an appeal from a judgment in a forcible detainer case. Before the Court are appellees' February 23, 2024 motion requesting that we order the trial court to issue a writ of possession and appellants' response opposing the motion. Because the trial court retains jurisdiction to enforce its judgments, we DENY appellees' motion. See Tex.R.Civ.P. 308 (trial court has inherent authority to enforce its judgments).
