This 19th day of May 1999, the Clerk having issued a notice dated May 4, 1999, directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) for the appellant's failure to prosecute the appeal diligently by not responding to the Clerk's letter dated April 12, 1999 and not notifying the Court of a current mailing address for the appellant in this matter and the appellant having failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED.
