These cases are scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on April 8, 2024, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On March 18, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report stating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in each case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 8, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 30, 2024, the parties shall electronically submit stipulated decisions or file a joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases are retained by the undersigned.
