By order dated November 15, 2023, we abated this appeal due to appellant's pending bankruptcy proceeding. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.2.
Before the Court is appellant's December 6, 2023 motion to reinstate this appeal. Attached to the motion is a copy of the order from the bankruptcy court modifying the stay to allow this appeal to proceed. We GRANT the motion and REINSTATE this appeal.
We ORDER Official Court Reporter Sheretta Martin to file the reporter's record on or before January 5, 2024.
