ORDERED that the application is granted, without cost, and Carolyn B. George Esq., 39 North Pearl Street, Albany, New York 12207 is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before January 19, 2021. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before February 2, 2021.
