Dorsey, v. City of Poughkeepsie

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Apr 3, 2001
749 N.E.2d 204 (N.Y. 2001)

Opinion

Decided April 3, 2001.

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that affirmed that portion of Supreme Court's order that denied appellants' motion to amend the complaint, dismissed upon the ground that such portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Chief Judge Kaye took no part.
