Plaintiff, as assignee, sues to recover on a claim for legal services rendered to defendant. Order denying defendant's motions to change the place of trial of the action from Westchester County to New York County affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
