On June 21, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review, the decision document submitted contains additional, unnecessary pages and, accordingly, cannot be processed by the Court.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described proposed stipulated decision is stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2021, the parties shall submit a revised proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
