ORDER
BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE
On March 6, 2024, after appellant informed us that the parties had settled "in principle," we suspended all deadlines and ordered either a motion to dismiss or status report filed no later than March 21, 2024. In accordance with our order, appellant has informed us that the parties continue to finalize the terms of their settlement agreement, and he moves for a forty-five day extension of the deadlines.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant to file a motion to dismiss or status report no later than May 6, 2024. All deadlines REMAIN SUSPENDED.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre, Official Court Reporter Tina Thompson, and the parties.
