THE COURT:

The opinion filed April 8, 2009 is modified as follows:

Footnote 3 on page 7, second sentence, is modified as follows: The word "trust" is replaced by the word "court."

The sentence shall now read: An additional appeal referenced in the briefs by Objector attacks a sanctions award to the court and the CAA, for conduct that was found to interfere with the CAA's representation of the Conservatee, and it is not yet on calendar.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
