         For the reasons stated in the Court's Order Re: Application and Motion for Judgment on an Arbitration Award, judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff Donald C. & Eleanor J. Glanville Revocable Trust and against Defendant Marion A. Dudek in the amount of $306, 205.71, plus interest thereon from the date of entry of the award on April 21, 2004.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
